Introduction and Definitions

fr99 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "fr99") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. The "Terms and Conditions" set out in this document form the entire legal basis for using that service.

Below are definitions of key terms used throughout this document:

• "User" or "Member" — any individual who accesses the service through a registered account on fr99.

3.2 — Password and Access Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password or login details with anyone else. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. fr99 is not liable for any loss arising from third-party access.

3.3 — Account Closure

A member may request to close their account voluntarily at any time. fr99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious activity involving fraud or deception.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• Providing false information regarding age or identity.

Rules on Deposits

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into fr99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. For bank transfers, Bangladesh's major commercial banks may be used.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If a transaction appears suspicious, fr99 may place it on hold until an investigation is complete.

Rules on Withdrawals

The following rules must be followed to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the initial deposit, unless otherwise approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members at fr99 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus; total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳41,000.

6.2 — Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 in wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 — Additional Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions, which are detailed on the offers page.
• If bonus abuse is detected (such as system exploitation, collusion, or use across multiple accounts), the bonus will be cancelled.
• fr99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers without notice.
• A bonus can only be claimed alongside the original deposit — not after a withdrawal.

VIP Program and Rewards

fr99's VIP Program has three tiers, offering additional benefits to regular members:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on consistent activity on the platform. The detailed process for advancement is described on the VIP page. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at fr99's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fr99 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets to exploit the system for bonuses.
• Colluding with other users while playing.
• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or interference with fr99's systems or software.
• Completing transactions using third-party payment methods or accounts.
• Providing false information about age or identity.

If any of the above violations are proven, fr99 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.
